Not my first choice. The manager was a half hour late opening the store.
My check engine light came on as I was driving through this area. I was 13 hours from home and driving alone. I stopped here to have them run a diagnostics for me and they said they don't go outside at night to help anyone. It was completely ridiculous and unprofessional. I wish they had told me of this hidden rule of theirs when I called while I was on my way. Perhaps their customer service is better during the daylight but I'm highly doubtful and won't go back to find out. Unimpressed.
Enjoy shopping here for all of my Auto parts needs. The lady who works here is very helpful, top notch.
Unfriendly staff, not very helpful
Extremely poor customer service, understaffed, I have literally stood in front of the counter for 20 minutes to buy a part while the associate stared at me while playing on his phone..I gave up and left..went to advance auto parts instead...avoid this place at all costs.
