he doesn't keep his appointments after waiting 3 months

Staff is incppmpitent, doesn't care, makes you feel your a burden to them if having a problem or issue. Quite sure he has no idea. Quit seeing a sleep Dr once a month to see him and have saw him twice in 2 years, after 1st visit was put on waiting list told was new patient! Wrote script over month ago and lied to everyday saying faxing it now for pre approval yet nevervdone, even had ins company fax them form signature all needed and still not been faxed. Want to die got there, interested in living longer go somewhere else!
