Place is outrageously expensive go else were!!!
Whites Eye Care is a great place, they found my Macular Degeneration when no one else could. Got me referred to a Retina Specialist right away and I will always be greatful.

I am writing this because I had went to White Eye Care to get a new pair of prescription sunglasses and was done wrong. They also had me get a new pair of lenses for my current glasses since my insurance would pay for the lenses and not the sunglasses because of the brand. So I get an email today telling me that something is ready, I go there and they give me the new lenses, no sunglasses yet so I don't know if the prescription in those is messed up like the new lenses for my current frames. Well they put the lenses in and one side side was messed up and they claimed that it was my prescription but actually the lens was cut wrong, I had it verified at another local eye glasses shop. They have so far refused to do anything or let me speak to a doctor, they said that my old lenses where already gone 15 MINUTES AFTER THEY CHANGED THEM. There is a glare in the dead center of the lenses whenever I look at any form of light, I don't know what the deal is with that. They wanted me to come back in to have my vision rechecked in two weeks. I can't go two weeks without glasses, luckily I had an older pair that still worked. They just refuse to do anything or even let me speak to a doctor, it's excuse after excuse. Tell me how the old lenses are gone in less than 15 minutes of me leaving the building. Why are they not willing to help me. If my prescription sunglasses are wrong, they will be fixing them or else I will refuse them. To make things worse they have a no refund policy, it's like how are you supposed to know if you like something if you can't clearly see what you look like with them on. If the sunglasses are wrong that I paid $800 for, I will update my review.
