I have had 2 situations where I've went to MedExpress and was displeased both times. The 1st situation I was told to return every other day to check on my "tight muscle", she gave me muscle relaxers( which I never needed) and I was paying $50 every other day for a week and a half getting shots every time to end up at the er to have surgery on a pilondial cyst. Then today I waited 2 and a half hours (they were busy, thats not why I'm annoyed) to get told I do have the flu, and to call my OB on Monday to get meds. I call my OB's hotline today and they said that information was useless and I need meds asap before the symptoms worsen more and I have to go to the er. Every time I was there I was seen by the same woman and although she seems nice, I'm not impressed professionally and I hope that next time she has a waiting room FULL of patients, she's not worried about what shampoo to buy.
Fast and friendly! Came in thinking I might have strep, only had a sore throat for 2 days but was still worried, they didn't question me, they ran the test for strep and it was postive. My doctor, I think was Mary, she was friendly and didn't have me in the room very long, prescribed me some antibiotics and something to help with my sneezing and runny nose and I was out the door ! Spent about an hour there! Which is pretty fast considering they had problems with my insurance card in the beginning, that's the only reason I was there for an hour to begin with!
Awful. I went there for a pre-employment drug test. They lost it. This has cost me additional time, money and gas, in addition to costing my employer money to have another test done. Completely unacceptable!!!
