Loved my meal at Reno's Roadhouse, very attentive and sociable waitress I really liked, had the pulled pork sandwich which tasted fantastic, so glad I picked this place to eat while in Logan. Inside is a well-decorated wild roadhouse theme, made for a very cozy atmosphere and memorable experience. Free baskets of bread rolls with the meal too, not gonna say no to that!
Salad was good
Asked sever to have a new steak cooked and her reply was I don’t know if the manager will cook u a new one
Steak was over cooked and the filet portion of the T bone was missing
Rolls with honey butter and bears oh my!! Haven't even gotten my steak and I'm tickled with app rancho something with chips. Digging this place fo sure it's slappin! Boom boom sauce. Been here 3 times total and 2 times wasnt that great at all and once was freakin amazing
Food was bad and service was bad. This place needs new management asap
Didn't even try the food. Went to use the restroom and there was no soap, pee on all of the seats, dirty tp on the ground, and the air spray light was red- also out. If that's how they take care of the bathroom, I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like, and how well the staff cleans anything. Hard pass.

Manager came out looked at steak and new it was over cooked and I then asked what happened to filet side of steak
I’m a truck driver tired and I should of listened to the reviews and stayed away
Steak came out again cooked probably but was tough and the filet side was still missing guess the butcher don’t know how to cut a t bone
Servers need more training and knowledge of menu and what’s going on with restaurant
And managers and cook who came out to my table don’t try to BS customers u never know there back ground
